Here is a list of our most common questions
1At what time will the bus to the airport pick me up?
One day before departure we will send you an SMS around 19.00 with the time we will be at our agreed pick-up spot. Our driver will contact you 15 minutes before he arrives.
2Do you drive to night flights?
Yes. We drive to some of the night flights. Please check our reservations on-line to see all the flights we are going to.
3 Do you offer airport transfer service to Gardermoen airport?
No. We only offer airport transfers to Oslo Torp airport.
4How do I book the airport transfer?
In order to book a transfer use our online booking form on the main page. Once you have booked a transfer to the flight of your choice we will verify and confirm your order within 1 hour.
5I cannot find my flight in the booking form.
If you cannot find your flight in our booking form it means that we do not drive to that particular flight. We are constantly working on adding more routes to the airports.
6Where can I find you at the airport?
Our driver will wait for you outside the arrival hall with a blue PKS Oslo sign. Please remember to turn on your phone after you have landed because our driver might try to contact you!
7What time does the bus leave?
We do not have any fixed routes and no fixed time schedule. We are offering a door-to-door service therefore our routes are different every day. We are planning our routes daily in order make the trip as quick and comfortable as possible. We send you the time we pick you up on SMS one day before departure.
8Which flights do you drive to?
Currently we drive to every flight to and from Poland and every other flight that is around the same time. To find what flight we go to please use our on-line booking form.
9Do you have safety seats for children?
Yes, when booking a transfer to the airport please let us know the age of the children so that we can bring an appropriate safety seat.
1Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. You pay with Visa and Mastercard through our website or to our driver. We also accept cash payments to the driver (NOK).
2Can I pay with cash?
Yes. We accept cash payments in Norwegian Crowns.
3Can I get my ticket refunded?
If you cancel your trip 24 hours before planned trip we will refund you the full amount. It can take up to 6 business days before the money is back in your account.
